| Best Balcony Cabin E.V.E.R. - #14 Carnival Spirit 2009 Alaska! That is a great reason to spend a little extra money on a great cabin. I highly recommend an AFT balcony on the Carnival Spirit. It is by far the best room we have ever booked. An AFT cabin overlooks the back of the ship and you get an unobstucted panoramic view of the wonderful scenery. This is where you will want to spend every minute of days at sea. |

We went ashore and went on a PRIVATE boat tour for $20 pp. It was a much better deal and was private. The tour through the cruise line was more expensive and we would have been on a boat with 20-30 more passengers. |
